Clay modeling this Fall @ Evanston

It is always fun to work with clay. When I moved to Evanston, I was searching for a studio so that I can continue working with clay. Fortunately, two blocks away from my apartment there is a small studio and I joined it. I am really enjoying my new classes. Bob and Dominick are really wonderful persons whom I met there. They really helped me to learn lots of techniques.

After 6 weeks I glazed 7 pieces. I tried out new combination of glazes. I made 2 bowls, 1 pitcher and 1 vase and I will try other combinations on them.

Here is the picture for all of those 7 pieces.

I will write down all the glaze combinations here, so that I can remember them in future :)
Lets start with the bowl and here is the close up

So it is Matt Blue inside and Glossy Brown+Matt Blue outside.

Now the next one, I like this combination. It is Cinnamon inside and Glossy Blue outside.

The combination of the next one I liked the most. It is Brick Red inside and Glossy Brown+Brick Red outside.

The following one is Black + Bobby Green (Black was too thin, need to remember that).

The above two looks similar. The left one is only Bobby Green
and right one is Matt Blue + Bobby Green

Finally this one is did not turn out nice. I put Raspberry inside and Black outside. Both were too thin, specially the first one. I should have checked the consistency before applying them :(
